The problem
The client runs a travel business in Spain where every business trip generates a pile of receipts that someone then has to turn into an expense report by hand — matching currencies, totalling amounts, formatting it for submission. Each report was taking around five minutes of manual work, which adds up fast across a whole team taking regular trips.
The approach
This wasn't a landing page — it's a real SaaS product, built fully custom front to back so it could handle the actual business logic of expense reporting:
- Trip grouping — receipts are organized by trip instead of loose, one-off entries.
- Multi-currency support — handles conversion automatically for trips spanning different countries.
- Submission-ready export — generates the finished report as PDF/Excel, ready to send, not just raw data.
- Stripe billing with tiered pricing — the product is sold as a subscription, not a one-off build.
